LifeDivine.net is the virtual love child of Ray Baskerville. Dedicated to the process of ‘awakening’ the sites aim is to serve as an information resource and community for those engaging in, or exploring their spiritual evolution. Launched in October 2008, the site is still young, we invite you to keep coming back and be part of our growth.

In this age of ’spiritual materialism’ and kaleidoscopic  array of spiritual information, it is easy to become  confused and disoriented. The process of spiritual awakening has been at the forefront of Ray’s life since 1986. in this time he  has  endeavored to find what is authentic, and what works. The site is designed to help you find relevant and related articles. You can do this in any number of ways.

• Using Categories – click on the category menu at the top or the list at the lower right of the page.
• Using Tags. Most articles have tags at the bottom, clicking on one, or one in the ‘tag cloud’ at the lower right of the page will display other articles with the same tag. Tags also appear in the text of articles – if you run your cursor over the text they will reveal themselves!

 After a profound and powerful spiritual awakening in 1986 from a descent of ‘light’ Ray began his ongoing spiritual journey and practices, exploring the tri-unity of body-mind-spirit. In that awakening, he saw and experienced the interconnectedness of all things and actions, the great weave of life, and the truth that there is nothing accidental in creation.

Three years later this led to discovering his healing gift. Seeking a framework to develop and understand it Ray undertook a two-year training for a diploma in healing recognized by the British Council for Complementary Medicine. He has since practiced professionally and in voluntary service throughout the world. Ray is also a Certified Hypnotherapist.

Ray has practiced meditation since 1986 and yoga since 1987. He was recognized as Englands leading Butoh dancer by Time Out magazine in 1996. Later the same year he left England and spent the majority of his time until 2002 in India doing spiritual practice. Increasingly Ray spent this time with Amma and served in her Amritapuri ashram as a healer and yoga teacher.
