I agree life is an evolutionary stream and all challenges are resistance. Resistance is essentially our unconscious past tendencies and karmic energies. Invariably these are made up of past experience that we weren't able to 'feel' at the time and still hold within us. Anything that has a similar vibration triggers them and because pain is present we resist both the past vibrating within and the present that resonates with it. The solution is to be present and allow our feeling experience. Hi Kaushik.

I agree life is an evolutionary stream and all challenges are resistance. Resistance is essentially our unconscious past tendencies and karmic energies. I'm not sure why it takes struggle to get to the point of allowing--perhaps that is the mandatory lesson. I feel your story here shows that. We may not know for sure were we will be, but we choose to set the direction. Life has a place for all types of people from the dynamic to the subtle. We tend to judge others for not behaving in a way that suites us individually. It's good to remember that even a hermit has his journey of choice. So long as one is happy, and kind to others, we don't need to judge or understand them in order to simply let them/it be. As you reach states of peace, joy and loving kindness you spread the possibility for others to do the same. Life is a journey. I feel your story here shows that.
