I should really try that, cause I don’t really have much of a sense of empathy. I dunno why though, but I really have to get one, I’m sick of people harassing me for being insensitive.
I am more sensitive as well as having very much compassion on what I am doing. Its very good to study our emotions, consciousness and it only comes through by meditation. Having compassion towards meditation gives us a sound mind and sound body.
Wow, I am really learning a lot from these articles. Although I feel I am pretty empathetic, there is always room for improvement. Meditation has a plethora of things that are beneficial to our minds and our health. I don’t understand why some people shun the concept of it.
