Its a very good saying Meditation as Practice. Nothing comes easily only through perfect a practice it generates results. Everyone can develop the habit of doing meditation, first it should be done at-least for 10 minutes. Longer meditations are certainly more beneficial, and very effective help for the body and mind.

Very interesting! I have heard so many people, myself included, who give up on meditation because it is not working the way we think it should. I think using the term "practicing meditation" may put it in a different perspective for people. Nothing worthwhile comes easy, meditation included, but the process in getting can be enlightening and fun.

My fear of doctors who practice just about anything has once again manifested.

I'm only kidding. I do agree with you, meditation isn't something that can be done right or wrong, and stressing over if you're doing it right defeats the entire purpose.
