Yoga in pre and post pregnancy is of enormous benefit to the mother, as my wife will testify. A new writer will be joining us in the new year who specializes in this area. Women still do not get the respect and admiration they deserve as mothers in our culture. Being with my wife as she gave birth to our son is something I will never forget, and will always admire her for.
